Trauma can be devastating but it can be something beautiful. We can either let our trauma take us down and ruin our lives or we can rise above it, finding a way to work through it, not only to heal ourselves but to share our stories in the hopes of helping others.

Audra's childhood was not an easy one, having faced her brother’s suicide when she was only 9, dealing with family members who tried to molest her and kill her and being a victim of teenage rape. She fought her way back and recently detailed her struggles and triumphs in her book, Moving Mountains: A Hero's Journey, A Survivors Memoir.
She is a Clinically Certified Hypnotherapist and Energy Worker, and currently works with children as a professional nanny.
