Ep. 5 AZCCC Breast Surgeon Dr. Noemi Sigalove on Breast Cancer
Breast Cancer Awareness Month reminds us that in the U.S. alone, nearly 4 million women have had a history with breast cancer or are currently battling breast cancer. Over 275,000 women are diagnosed yearly. Like with all cancers, early detection is helpful in the successful treatment of breast cancer, and therefore, awareness is key. Arizona Center for Cancer Care breast surgeon Dr. Noemi Sigalove discusses symptoms of breast cancer, diagnosis, options, and what patients can expect before and after treatment such as surgery or radiation, along with expected results.
