To be left as the survivors of a suicide, as we have witnessed, truly leaves one bewildered and reaching for something that can mitigate the pain, only to discover any remedy is woefully inadequate.
In the preceding four segments we got to know the moms & dads of four young men who left this planet, this dimension, because there was no hope and their internal pain was too much.
This fifth and final segment is a roundtable discussion by our four families, Melinda Vail, and our narrator and trusted consultant, Pat McMahon, who has been there for us over the past six years of production.
Is there a journey more devoutly wished not to be thrust upon us? There certainly may be sufferings as painful, as unrelenting, and unforgiving…but none where there are no answers.
No answers, at least until now. We have got to know Thomas Campagnolo, Michael Choppi, Joss Schiro, and Brandon Campbell both as living sons and as sons who now call heaven home. They have shared their stories, have empirically demonstrated their connection to their earthly existence, and have given their parents the love that answers the questions that heretofore could not be answered.
One emotional query that always surfaces after suicide is…”what could I have done, I feel I am to blame…” Our families, both here and on the other side, talk about this and have quite a bit to say on the subject.
The human existence is a very deep, multi-faceted, and complex subject. Whether you believe in some deity or nothing at all, we now know as a fact that nothing is finite. Melinda Vail is an internationally acclaimed medium and has taught extensively on who we are, how we got here, what we should be doing while we are here, and what to expect when we experience our passing.
Ms. Vail has spent several decades helping families make the healing, long distance connection with passed family. With a number of years spent conversing with those on the other side, she has developed a very good understanding on what happens in heaven. Certainly not all can be known, but what we do know, and that which has been factually demonstrated in these five segments, is that yes indeed there is Life After Life.
