is the CEO and Co-Founder of Baked Bros™. Thomas spent 4 years serving in the U.S. Navy as a submariner which instilled the core values of consistency and excellence. He has experience in chemistry, biology, and business. This expertise ultimately led him to help create a cannabis edible product line that blends the consistency of modern medicine with the power of the cannabis plant. Thomas has spent the past 5 years leading Baked Bros™ vision, culture, and operations, which eventually became the largest edible brand in Arizona for the past 2 years and running and expansions into California in 2020. He is an advocate for safety and consistency in cannabis products. Thomas currently acts as a consultant for the Arizona Testing Advisory Board for creating safe edible testing regulations.
is the CMO and Co-Founder of Baked Bros™. One of the first medical cannabis caregivers in Arizona, Nadeem gained hands-on experience growing organic cannabis and eventually ran a grow site for a dispensary in Washington State. He has an extensive background in the food-service industry as a kitchen apprentice and manager of a multi-restaurant business. His experience in cannabis cultivation and culinary has helped lead Baked Bros™ to win the coveted High Times Cannabis Cup Award for Best Edible Product in 2015. Nadeem has spent the last 5 years, securing key partnerships with dispensaries and building an effective marketing strategy for Baked Bros™. He is an advocate for the progressive reform of cannabis and an accomplished entrepreneur dedicated to growing Baked Bros™ into a national edible brand.
is the Director of Education for Baked Bros™. He is currently in his senior year at Arizona State University (ASU), pursuing a B.S. in psychology. He is a Senior Lab Assistant with an ASU study exploring the effects of psychedelic use on measures of compassion and life satisfaction. Derek is a Co-Founder of the ASU student organization, The Ecstasis Club, which is devoted to the academic exploration of altered states of consciousness. He has spent the past 5 years studying cannabis and working with medical patients in Arizona as an educator and advocate. He writes and presents monthly for the Marijuana Industry Trade Association on topics within the science of cannabis and has also presented for AZ Plant Medicine Conference in 2019.
